There is only so much preparing that can be done for the actual Labor & Delivery experience. With all of the unknowns, my time with you will help give clarity & guidance on what may or may not happen so that you don’t walk into a delivery room blindly or with anxiety. I want you to embrace every moment of your birth process with peace & understanding.

Why would I need meditation during labor?

The labor & delivery process is more than just a physical experience; It is also a state of mind. With guided visualizations, deep breathing & connecting mind to body, you will be able to utilize these tools to help get through any stage of labor. This tool is highly valued & can make a positive , impact on your birth (vaginal or cesarean).

What is a Birth Box for?

a birth box consists of tools you can use for the actual labor or cesarean experience. Each tool is purposeful in its own way. The birth box is not created for “pain management”, but rather serves to prom promote feelings of increased tranquility, positivity and focus.
